Bug report format

You can post a bug report in the forum, or fill out the feedback form here：

A complete bug should include the following:

Your world server
Your character name
The device and version you are using
The browser and version you are using
A detailed description of the bug, including: time, clicked function, performed operation, final result, bug screenshot, and the problem you think

Thank you very much for your support of the game.

After confirming the bug, we will give you feedback via your forum email and give you corresponding rewards according to the severity of the bug.

If you have screenshots, please post them in the forum.
