Rules of the Game
The Game Rules are part of the Terms of Service. You can also consult the Terms of Service, especially Section 5, if your account is banned or if you want to know what is and is not allowed in the Game.
Attempts to circumvent the rules of the game, encourage other players to break the rules of the game, or gain benefits from rule-breaking behavior will be considered violations and will be punished accordingly based on the severity of the violation and the discretion of the Legend of Lords team.
Impermissible actions include (but are not limited to) the following:
1. Use of External Programs
Users must play Legend of Lords using a regular, unmodified web browser. Scripts and/or plugins that automate or simulate advanced features are prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Automatically looting other villages (and automatically sending attack waves)
- Automatically starting adventures
- Automatically building and upgrading resource fields and buildings in villages
- Automatically scanning maps
- Automatically scanning other players' statistics
- Automatically transporting resources to other players
- Automatically training armies
- Automatically starting celebrations
- Any other automated actions performed by third-party software
Legend of Lords reserves the right to penalize players for using scripts or bots to automate actions on a regular or limited basis while the game world is active.
2. Programming Errors
In-game errors or similar issues cannot be abused for account gain and should be reported to the support team. Abuse of any errors or similar issues will also be penalized.
3. Selling/Buying Game Content
Selling or buying lobby accounts, accounts, resources, units, villages, gold, silver, or services to third parties is prohibited. Offering to sell or buy game content in exchange for money is also prohibited. Lobby accounts and accounts may not be traded for money.
4. Online Etiquette
4.1 Players must communicate with each other in a polite manner at all times.
4.2 Inappropriate player profiles, village names, and other content may be modified by Customer Service without prior warning. Alliances using inappropriate names and/or content in player profiles, public forums, and other public areas may be immediately deleted upon discovery.
4.3 The following are strictly prohibited: abusive, defamatory, sexist, racist, or profane language; negative behavior directed at any religion, race, ethnicity, gender, age group, or sexual orientation; real-life threats; impersonation of Legend of Lords employees or officials.
4.4 In-game references to real-world politics and religion are prohibited.
4.5 Posting and displaying content that is not suitable for minors is prohibited.
4.6 Messages exchanged in-game may only be made public with the consent of both parties. Messages sent to or from Legend of Lords employees are prohibited without explicit consent.
4.7 Advertising of any kind is prohibited.
4.8 Any inappropriate content that is deemed by customer service to be disruptive to other people’s gaming experience will be punished.
5. Penalties
5.1 If an account violates the Game Rules or Terms of Service, it will be suspended and may be exempted after a penalty is imposed based on the violation. Inappropriate lobby accounts and account names may be changed. Legend of Lords will not be responsible for any losses incurred during the suspension period, including loss of Legend of Lords Plus accounts and lost gold. All players will be treated equally regardless of gold status.
5.2 Bans can only be discussed with the Customer Service Team through the following window: Customer Service Portal.
Suspensions and penalties are issued by a member of the Enforcement Team. If there is a complaint, suspensions and penalties will be reviewed by another member of the Enforcement Team. Their decision will be final.

6. Changes and amendments to the rules
6.1 [Legend of Lords] reserves the right to change the rules of the game at any time.
6.2 If a single provision of the game rules is invalid or ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. [Legend of Lords] will replace the invalid provisions with new ones as soon as possible.
FAQ about Rules of the Game
1.Can another person who uses the same device play on the same gameworld as me?
Yes, they can.
When sharing the same device, don't set the password that is known to another player. It's important that you don't reveal your password to anyone, not even to your own family.
2.Can another person who uses the same WIFI/network play on the same gameworld as me?
Yes, they can.
3.I want to play on another avatar/register a new avatar instead.
Yes,you can.
4.Can I use some specific addon in my browser?
As long as that addon doesn't interact with the game, doesn't do any actions within the game, doesn't add any additional functions, doesn't automate anything, and doesn't change the game in any way, then you can use it.
5.Which browsers does the game support?
We currently support and advise using the following conventional browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, and Safari.
6.Can I raid players/conquer villages from the players in my alliance or confederacy?
Yes, you can raid players from your own confederacy.
7.Why has my friend got a different penalty to me?
The penalties offered can vary depending upon the rule that was broken and its severity, with repeated violations being punished more severely. If you have concerns that the penalty that you have accepted, or have been offered, is wrong please contact Customer Services who will ask for it to be checked.
